Kampüsaray Dormitories are Turkey’s first A+ dormitory which offers comfort of a hotel and coziness of home for university students and academicians living in İstanbul.

Kampüsaray Dormitories have been opened in Sakarya for the first time in 2008-2009 academic year and today Kampüsaray offers services via Avcılar, Beyoğlu and Fındıkzade dormitories.

With 4 branches throughout Turkey, Kampüsaray dormitories have a total bed capacity of 2,800. Avcılar (500 beds), Beyoglu (300 beds), Findikzade (400 beds) and Sakarya (1.600 beds) dormitories are equipped with the latest technology and offer students a safe, comfortable and decent environment.

Seeing its guests as the future of our country, Kampüsaray dormitories have been prepared like a 5-star hotel, did not avoid making the space comfortable and made the living spaces ready for the guests to the finest detail.

Kampüsaray is an educational accommodation institution that provides services in line with the basic principles and aims of the Ministry of National Education, modern, contemporary and prioritizing scientific approach, free of any political thought and community relations.

Kampusaray dormitories are designed with all the details of the needs of its guests in mind. It provides accommodation throughout the education life of its guests by virtue of its proximity to universities and room types for every budget.

Kampüsaray, which does not reflect the costs such as hot water, electricity, heating, wired-wireless internet, ring service and cleaning services to its guests, prioritizes earthquake and building security, promises a comfortable academic life.

Kampüsaray Dormitories have extensive social facilities such as Library, Computer Room, Gym, Pocket Cinema, Turkish Bath, Sauna, Cafe, Dining Hall, Hobby Kitchen, Terrace Garden-Winter Garden, Laundry Room, Luggage Room and Infirmary. Thus, students can spend more time on their activities and hobbies.

At Kampüsaray Dormitories, students share the same environment with other students from different countries, make friends from different cultures, and have the opportunity to establish strong friendship ties after graduation.

In Kampüsaray Dormitories, all operations can be made with a single "smart card" from the entrance door to the rooms and the breakfast room. Thanks to the smart card, the polls in the dormitories are taken automatically and the need for signing attendance sheet every day is eliminated. At the same time, as the cards are used as a room key, the rooms become a place where only guests can enter.

The dormitory rooms are 30 m2 and have their own bathroom, toilet and kitchen. Each room has a mini fridge and TV. There is also a 60 m2 suite with two bedrooms, a living room, an American-style kitchen and a WC / bathroom. All rooms have a bed, table, chair, wardrobe and bed drawers. In addition to study halls for boys and girls, there is a reception, restaurant, cafeteria, billiards room, market and hairdresser.

Services offered to students in the dormitory include 24-hour hot water, room cleaning three times a week, weekly linen change, 24-hour security and laundry.
